CSM Sites in North America are Chicago, Washington DC, Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Toronto.

Summer dates begin around June 1 and go through August 31. Groups arrive on Sunday evening and depart on Saturday morning.

The rest of the year, from October through early May, the dates are more flexible. The length of trip may be from 1 to 6 nights.
