 DEPOSIT

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • A deposit is required to guarantee trip dates.

  • The deposit due upon registration is 20% of the total cost per person.

 

PAYMENTS

  • After a deposit is made, the remaining balance is split into 2 equal payments. The first will be due 3 months before the start of the trip, and the final payment will be due 1 month before the start of the trip.

  • Payments must be submitted by the due date or the status of the trip will be in jeopardy.

 

CANCELLATION

  • If the trip is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the start date, we will transfer up to $3,000 of the deposit to a new trip booked and served within a year of the original trip dates.

  • Any fees paid above your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If a trip is cancelled 60 days or less prior to the start date, the deposit and fees paid will be forfeited.

  • Deposits on file cannot be used to cover the balance of an already confirmed trip.

 

PARTICIPANT AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Junior High Students: 12 to 13 years old

  • Senior High Students: 14 to 17 years old

  • College Students: 18 & older

  • Family Trip: 7 to 11 years old

 

PARTICIPANT NUMBER CHANGES

Any alteration in the number of participants must be submitted to the Home Office two weeks prior to the start of the trip and must be within the agreed upon group size range. Should the number of participants change beyond the two week date, you will be financially responsible for the number of participants that CSM has on file.

 

ADULT RATIO REQUIREMENTS

  • We require 1 adult for every 5 students for Junior & Senior High groups.

  • Adult leaders must be 18 years or older.

  • Leaders are included in the group size number.

  • Family Trips require a parent or guardian of students ages 7 to 11 years old.

 

TRANSPORTATION

  • Groups are responsible for providing transportation.

  • We require at least 1 vehicle per serving group. There must be space in your vehicle for a City Host.

  • We cannot accommodate buses or mini buses.

  • Groups are responsible for all transportation-related fees, including parking, tolls and gas.
